Most web shops show you a gallery of thumbnails. I’d rather show my work — the real reasoning behind real builds. These are honest teardowns, written by the person who did the building. Right now they’re my own businesses; when I take on an outside client, theirs is the next entry.

A 65-year family shop was paying an agency $1,930 a month for a site that didn’t bring in work. I fired it and rebuilt around the lead engine that was already working.
